awesome dryer with some new features but the most annoying part is the background noise that it sets off every time a load is done. at first it was nice but after 3 plus months of use it becomes annoying.

after having terrible events happen with best buy and the insurances protection plan, and items, i believe that best buy has a good idea and how they want to follow through the warranty that patrons purchase, but do people want to purchase a washer and dryer again from best buy after getting terrible customer service, damage to his property from installation and neglect from technicians much needed service. worst part is that this has not been the only item or time that best buy has not followed through with the geek squad protection plan at all.

on installation day the technician installed both washer and dryer, and i was stoked, but.. after installation i noticed a few issues and after doing so literally a day after i noticed the doors were unhinged, and then there was cracks, dents , and scratches on the doors and walls, made me wondered what had happend seing that both washer and dryer got installed, and then after looking in my driveway i noticed other tools just tossed on my side of my property. which made me wonder even more and after calling best buy/ geek squad, i am still waiting for a response (4 months going on 5)

so with this purchase and install, not only was i forced to purchase them from best buy but the technicians that installed them damaged my property, left tools tossed outside my house and when i notified them about this issue, best buy response has been wait and we will deal with in in the near future... its has been 3 months going on for and i dont now how much longer i can wait for them to step in and fix the issue of if i should just do it myself and give up with best buy...??

before i left best buy store, the sales person made some statements that made me not second guess the purchase (over 1200.00) and gives you warranty for both items. i was so happy and egstactic. i also hope no issues would ever happen to my washer and dryer... not even a year into owning these two items they start not working properly. i called geek sqad, best buy and all the extensions i get for 3 months no one could find my insurance, and shortly after when its stumbled upon by the best buy staff, i get told i am going to have to wait. keep in mind 3 months had lapse but the condition of the washer and dryer got worse they statered leaking and once again i notified best buy and pretty much got told to wait. my issue at that point was first of my insurance/ policy wasnt found by them for 3 months. secondly both items got worse why would i want to get store credit and purchase items with the company that not only has neglected me, my property, and the items that i had insurance. but forced me to get another set of washers and dryers. instead like i suggested of just cutting my ties with best buy and purchasing these items
