Have never had such issues with any computer. Returned it within 3 days of purchase for fix. When I got it back it lasted about a week before it crashed. First was told it might have virus. Then was told this PC notorious for faulty hard drive. Was told I would be better off to have hard drive replaced although later found out that was my only choice as store policy will not replace faulty computer with one that works. May never buy from Best Buy again if this is type product they stock and don't stand behind.
What's great about it: Nothing.
What's not so great: Had to order hard drive w/i 2 weeks of purchase. Bad computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
