Not exactly what you would expect from the Halo series: a game that has you less than half the time playing as the Master Chief, but it has a new flair for squad combat and change in multiplayer. I'm glad to see Halo make changes that were needed to keep the community engaged and to change up the single player experience so you don't have to feel like a one man army. Still, not a fan of Locke though...

Definitely worth giving this game a chance and seeing for yourself why I have had more fun with this game than anything else released this year. The car and foot combat may be a little repetitive but it is very satisfying and brutal. The main standout of this game is the world around you. It is a great expansion on what we know from the films and it just drops you into this world devoid of almost all sanity and hope.
