This HP Printer works fine now -- AFTER extra time hunting down the right drivers for scanning. There was no instructional info for making sure you did a specific driver download for scanning. The set-up driver was not enough. What a waste of consumer time. The printer works well now, but HP should be ashamed of the circuitous route towards full functioning. A note in the Quick Set-Up would be appropriate.

I like this computer AFTER hours of web reading about how to update the drivers. They did not all automatically update on set-up. This created a lot of frustration. This was the most difficult set-up of any computer I have done, because of this driver issue. Eventually a Geek Squad tech helped, but it stumped him too.
