Easy to hook up but you need to pay attention to which end you try to connect to the back of the machine and which end to the way given the mesh clean outs on the product.

Have to watch it start

This is a great machine. I loved almost everything about it. I have only found one problem with it. I previously had only purchased top loading machines with a central agitator. I have used front loaders and loved them, but where my hook ups are, I find the front loader would be difficult. Since so many machines are now front loaders, and most of the top loaders do not have the center agitator; I went with this machine which still is the top loader I need, but without the agitator. I like the extra space I seem to have in the tub. I do have a recurring issue though. I put each item in, one at a time, and then when I start the machine it will some times get unbalanced. I have checked, and it is perfectly leveled, but somehow when the machine is first starting, as it is moving the clothes around before filling to determine how much water to use, it creates a section of the tj void of clothing. This means that when it starts to try to spin, it will be unbalanced, displaying a "UB" on the display. I love the machine overall; it does a great job and everything seems cleaner. It is just a bit frustrating that I have to stand there for the a couple of minutes until the water goes I to ensure that the clothes stay balanced. If I walk away, it always seems to happen, where as if I stay only 2 out of 7 loads will need to be adjusted before the water starts to fill to avoid a balance issue later on.

I am always worried about being given a window of time when a repair or installation team will arrive for service because so rarely do they actually make the window of time. This concern was not the case with my Best Buy contracted independent contractors. They were right on time and called to give me an estimate about 20 minutes before arrival. Extremely professional and put my mind at ease.
