Printer by itself is great! i like quality of prints, speed, etc. BUT... I had an issue with network and wi-fi connection, despite me following instructions and calling for help to HP customer service 3 times (they were super helpful!!!). Finally, after month long resetting, reconnecting, and reloading it seems to work pretty well now.
