NEVER AGAIN!

Not only did I have to take time off of work to have the washing machine delivered and installed, but .... I got a call the day before, stating that they had a couple hours available prior to my original appointment and wouldn't I like to have it earlier? Yes, of course. So I took more time off of work. The next day, they did not show up as scheduled! Two hours into my original appointment time, I called the guy who called me to reschedule and he explained that someone else was now handling that installation, not him. Grrrr! He would have them call me. So I got a call from the new installation guy and he said they could be there in half an hour. They did show up 2.5 hours into my original 4-hour appointment block. They installed the washing machine. I looked at it and noticed the fill hoses were not hooked up inside the wall as it is designed to do. "Your hoses were too short" they said. That access cupboard just has to stay open now, but it is hooked up and it works. GRRRRRR! And that is how it is today. Hooked up and working, but I have frill hoses coming out of a cupboard door and snaking down the back side of the washing machine. Honestly, don't use their installation service if you can avoid it. Install it yourself. It will be much better for you.

You really need to read my review on washing machine installation. These are metal fill hoses, nothing more. They do what they are supposed to do. Make sure you order the right length as the installation crew doesn't have anything longer in their truck and it just sucks to have the shorter hoses attached in an awkward manner. It's an eyesore!

Although it takes a bit longer to do a load of laundry in this, it is really a wonderful washing machine. It is quiet and it holds a lot of laundry, including a king size comforter. It has taken a bit of getting used to with all the electronic controls, but I like it a lot!

Good for small clean-ups

This is good for the smaller jobs. It is the 4th one we have had in two years. (Buy the extra warranty.) We use it a lot. We have had some problems with the hose breaking and leaking, rendering the machine useless. We then take it back and trade it for another one.
