Seriously, if something is going to break down, it's usually within the first year or two. Getting a service plan on something you plan on keeping five years or more is important! And if they can't fix it, they will replace it, so, you can't lose out there, either!

Excellent speakers but not loud

I had to return these amazing speakers only because they are not as loud as my Klipsch 28's up front. I should have known better.
I set them up as rear speakers with the Rocketfish wireless speaker kit (also amazing!) but the bookshelf speakers just could not keep up, so I returned them and bought 26's instead.
These are still VERY good speakers, just not designed to be power houses in your living room.
