Slow dryer installation

The dryer works great so the installation was performed correctly. However we had an issue with the installer about reversing the dryer door as we discussed with the salesman when we purchased and scheduled the installation. The installer tried to talk us out of doing it because he had no notes in his work order for this. We showed him our own paperwork where it was clearly identified. It took the two installers almost an hour to reverse the dryer door.

Terrible experience. We had to argue with the installer to perform this service which was identified in our purchase paperwork but not on the installer work order. The work was done professionally after the conflict with no issues. The experience was terrible.
