Bought this to give to a non-tech aunt so we could skype with grandma who doesn't have internet. I set it up at home and shipped it to them. Set up was easy, account and pre-paid plan options good, and it all just works like you think it should. That doesn't happen often. It's been three months and everything still works very well.

We've had this washer for about a month now, and have put it through its paces. It is wonderful. Clothes come out much cleaner than our old top-loader and the fast spin cycle means the dryer really does take less time now. In fact the whole laundry process goes faster, because the washer and dryer are pretty much synchronized now, so there's no waiting to swap loads. Steam feature really gets the whites clean, with no bleach. It's quiet too.
However - you do NOT need the burst proof hoses that Pacific Sales will try to sell you. The washer comes with its own hoses that work better than the burst proof ones. We tried both, and returned the ones Pacific pushed on us. The washer made loud thumping, water hammer noises with those hoses. It's quiet when you use the LG hoses, that LG recommends (in the manual) that you use, and that come with the washer.

Didn't need hoses - they caused loud water hammer

Pacific sales told me we needed hoses with our new clothes washer. So we bought them and they installed them. The washer actually DID come with hoses, so we didn't need these. After a week's laundry with loud water hammer noises every time the washer turned the water on and off. I swapped out these hoses for the ones that came with the washer, and that LG recommended using. LG specifically said in the manual NOT to use 3rd party hoses. The LG hoses have a larger inside diameter, and with them installed, there were no more water hammer thumps.
These are undoubtedly good hoses, but there were not needed, and they caused a problem for us.
