We've owned 2 before this one. They are wonderful. This time, we even got the Geek Squad Protection plan so it's covered for anything for the next 5 years. It's great for small spills, cleaning pet accidents, and it is extremely portable too.
Unfortunately, we received it broken from Best Buy. We really needed it and it took 5 days to get to our store. All that broke was the upper arm for wrapping the power cord on...something we can live without as it doesn't affect the operation of the machine, just used to hold the cord when you wrap it up after use. We will wait until something more crutial breaks and exchange it then.
Otherwise, it is a fantastic machine. We highly recommend it to anyone, and we have!

what is the water temperature while the machine is in use
As hot as the temperature of the water you put in it. It does NOT heat up or maintain the temperature of the water. You put in the temperature water that you want, use it immediately, and then pour out the waste water. The remaining solution can just be warmed up with hot water prior to your next use. Unless you don't mind if it is room temperature after sitting.
