Install had lots of issues

When my dryer was installed, they refused to hookup the gas line and the vent, even though I purchased the new kits when the store told me that was the only way they would install it. Also at the store we scheduled to have the dry hinge reversal done, but the installers said they didn't have record of that. When I pointed it out to them, they said oh, well we don't have the right tools for that. So, had to way a day to schedule a new appointment, then wait a week. When they finally came back a second day, the special tool was a screwdriver.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Was sold this as the only way delivery would install the unit, but delivery refused to install so there was no need to replace what I had. I returned it without issue though for a full refund. Was only out the extra trip to the store.

So far no complaints on this unit. It is a bit louder than my last front loader, but nothing worth complaining about. One note, if you use tide pods (or similar) make sure to put those in before you put in the clothes, otherwise they might not dissolve all the way, especially in large loads.

Really Like the Dryer, but there are some annoying

First let me say, I really like this dryer, but there are some pretty annoying things about it. First and foremost is that I tend to get errors on days when the temperature is below zero. This is in part due to the short exhaust run and the cold air coming into the dryer causing issues with all the steam settings (it seems most drying settings are steam settings on this model). Second, I believe due to the steam settings we have to add extra cycles to fully dry our clothes. While this is a pain, it's not the end of the world. Loading and such are super easy and overall I still like this dryer.
