I left my laptop charger at home by mistake while traveling. Fortunately, there was a Best Buy store close by so I went in to see if they had anything that would work with my particular lap top (knowing that an incorrect charger could cause problems with the lap top). The sales rep in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out with a correct charger in less than 10 minutes time. Thanks Best Buy for being there and for having great sales reps.

Bought this dryer to replace a 25 year old model which was taking forever to dry clothes (even with a new vent hose installed). It has the features we were looking for so we bought it. We've been using for a few months and we're extremely happy with the dryer. It dries clothes very quickly and accurately (doesn't over heat the clothes).
