Nothing like the Whirlpool ultimate care washer I had for 21 years. It doesn't fill with the lid up which I really dislike.Water to fill it stops and starts many times. Has an agitator but the clothes gently swish around. Spin cycle isn't as forceful as my older washer so now my clothes are more then damp going in to the dryer. Bring back the Ultimate Care line!

I have only bought Whirlpool washers and dryers because I must have a drop down door to put laundry as I fold them. This dryer is quiet but doesn't seem to dry as quickly as my older Ultimate Care dryer.
