Doesn't get most channels, spotty reception

I bought this tv antenna for my one bedroom downstairs apartment on recommendation from the Best Buy employees. It was really easy to set up, however, it didn't get most of the major channels, and the ones it did get had very spotty reception (never did get a clear picture). I'm going to return this one and get the next model up.

I bought this to use in my downstairs one bedroom apartment on recommendation from the Best Buy employees. What they did not tell me is that you don't even get all the major channels and the reception is spotty at best. I will be returning this and getting a better one.
