If you are a print from home person, using the HP printer with the photo black ink is a must. This is so far, the best quality photos I have printed from home. The photo black ink adds more depth and resolution to my photos. If there is anything negative to say about this product, it's that it doesn't come in the XL cartridge size. If you plan on printing a lot of photos, you'd better get two cartridges.

If it has Bluetooth capability, then the answer is yes. You will have to find the syncing directions for your phone and follow the recommended pairing procedure. It should't be too difficult if you have paired other Bluetooth devices, but it sounds like the phone's pairing setup is where you need to focus on. Hopefully this helps get you connected. Without knowing what phone you have, I don't have much to work with.
