Bought this washing machine as an open box. Delivery set it up and turned on to see if it would put water in it. They left without seeing if it would actually pump the water out. It did not. Have purchased many open box items from best buy and have been pleased but this has made me gun shy. Best Buy did make a deal on new washer to help replace the open box.

How do I get my freezer basket into place? They forgot to put the freezer together!
Look for the little clips. Clip it in place and you are good to go.

noise during wash cycle
I just ran my 1st load in the washer, when the drum is agitating it sounds like a marble or something is rolling around each time it goes back and forth. Is it supposed to make that noise? Its pretty loud

How tall is the thru-door dispenser? Is it tall enough to sit a pitcher in? Thanks
Not tall enough to put a pitcher in but can fit a 42oz cup in it
