You demand a lot from your Wi-Fi network. With this Belkin router, everyone in the house will be able to watch shows, play games and use tablets, smartphones and Smart TVs at the same time, without lag or slowdown.

terrible customer service from belkin.

I received a defective unit that would not transmit a wifi signal. I contacted belkin for tech support and spoke to a gentleman with an extremely thick accent and an equally bad Bluetooth device. I repeatedly asked him if I could speak to someone else. He would then speak slower and directly into his device for a while before going back to the same hard to hear and understand format. All he wanted to do was blame my ISP. I contacted Geeksquad and the tech was not interested in helping at all except to push me into a $120 service call. I returned the unit in exchange for a new one and it works ok. Extremely easy to set up if it works. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on speed that is to say I don't notice a difference between this unit and my old N type router. In the future i will stay well clear of belkin in favor of Netgear and I will be rethinking purchases from Best Buy given this tech support experience.
