I picked this stand up on clearance to support my new Samsung KS8500 55" TV, and it is by far one of the best values I've ever gotten for furniture. The wood finish looks nice and elegant, and the whole frame folds out as a single piece for the glass shelves to be inserted into. Large, hand-turned screws are used to put it together, but they're not easily visible from the front, making it look like a console that costs twice as much. Cable management is done through the center, and there's velcro ties behind the grommets to keep everything behind the central mesh panel. My only complaint is that the glossy finish of the glass makes it a dust magnet, but what isn't these days?
Considering my dad paid around $350 for a similarly sized console made with similar-looking materials, this console is an absolute steal.

Best picture I've ever had, but...

I really, really love this TV...now that I've gotten a good one. The picture is fantastic and the brightness blows my old LED TV out of the water. 4K content in HDR looks smooth and fantastic, and games seem to play nice as well in Game mode. The OneConnect box is genius and has simplified my cable management more than I previously thought possible.
That said, you are definitely playing the panel lottery. I paid $1499 for this TV, and I went through three TVs before settling on a unit. The first one had a line of dead pixels and severe light blooming on the lower left corner. The second had a dead pixel in the top center and a strange "burn in" on the right corner. The third one had a dead pixel, but since it was only one of about 8,000,000 and was close enough to the bezel that it isn't easily seen (4K content letterboxes it out), I decided to just live with it. Also, all three have had issues maintaining wifi connection to my Linksys EA4500, but that appears to be a router issue. I'm currently having to reenter my WPA key every time I turn the TV on after it's been off for about 30 minutes or longer. Annoying, but we'll see if a new router fixes it in the future. On a much lesser note, the OS for this TV is different than the OS used on older Samsung TVs, so not all apps are available on the Tizen store. Crunchyroll has been the most obvious omission to me, but Netflix/Hulu/Amazon are there, so most people probably won't care (nothing a Chromecast won't fix anyway).
If you can get one without panel issues (ideally on sale around the $1499 mark), it's fantastic. Make good use of that return policy!

Excellent Quality and Features

I spent a fair bit of time looking at options for a Bluetooth speaker. After a few weeks of research, I narrowed my options down to the Bose Soundlink Mini II, the UE Roll, and the Fugoo Style. I wasn't a fan of the bass on the Roll, and didn't like the design either, so despite the low cost and high durability, it was dropped first. The Bose Soundlink Mini II sounds slightly better than the Fugoo, with a much beefier bass that's unmatched by anything else on the market, but the Fugoo's 360-degree sound and better balanced audio (i.e., not overemphasizing the bass) made it appeal a bit more to me. Having a 40 hour battery life, complete waterproofing, and swappable "cases" edged me a bit further in the Fugoo's direction, and a sale that brought it down to about 70% of the Soundlink Mini II's price helped me make my decision.
So far, I love this thing. It lasts me entire work weeks without needing a recharge, looks great, and came with high quality cables that shows an exceptional level of attention to detail. Sound quality is excellent in many cases - enough that I've started to notice when one artist's album has a generally better quality to it than another's. About my only real complaint is that it doesn't get extremely loud, but the new "loud mode" the most recent firmware added alleviates that issue some (and there's only so much such a small speaker can realistically do).
I wholeheartedly recommend the Fugoo speaker - at the $139.00 mark I bought it at, there's little else that can compare for the price.

I always preferred buying iTunes credit in-store rather than through iTunes itself. Why? For starters, I can use coupons and get reward points. That said, Apple has made it extra easy now to use these - you can actually use a scanner app in iTunes to use the card rather than typing in the numbers manually now. It's nice and convenient. Other than that, not much that can be said about these - you put $X in, and get $X out in iTunes credit. Simple as that.
