Steel washer hose recommended by sales person

Verified Purchase:Yes
A slow drip caused an overnight large puddle of water around the washer and into the carpet. It took three repair people over two weeks to change out the hoses.
What's great about it: It fit on the washer we purchased
What's not so great: IT LEAKED ALL OVER THE PLACE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast drying, many options

My clothes dry very well and much faster than my old dryer.

Noisy, slow, expensive,needs special soap

I wanted a washer that actually cleaned my clothes. This one needs special low suds detergent (he). The aggitator goes very slooooowly even in the fastest setting with very little water in the rinse cycle. I was told that this is the way it should be to keep the fabric intact!! Say what??
During the cycle loud thumps can be heard--changing gears?
It takes forever for the wash to be done--at least 45 min. depending on the size of the load.
