So our ice machine was barely making ice and our water was so slow to fill up a glass. We knew we needed to replace the filter, but we couldn't believe how much a filter can affect the water pressure. Insane!

My parents gave my hubby a nespresso machine 4 yrs ago and it became jam so we had to replace it. He loved that machine. It felt like a tank compared to this one. It was heavy, bigger. The only down side. We couldn't use bigger cups. This one was great because u lift the base and you can use tall glasses. The downside: it hardly weighs anything, made of what seems to be cheap plastic even though it's durable. It just feels way cheaper than our old one. My hubby kept it because it was a Father's Day gift and he was happy to have his coffee back, but as time went by, he really let me know how unsatisfoes he was with his model vs the old one.
