Rocking, noisy, shredded rubber door gasket

This washer was kind of a nightmare for me to own. The first washer was unbalanced and made huge amounts of noise in the drying cycle, eventually stopping and then starting again a minute later with the same outcome. Best Buy evaluated and replaced. Second unit came in and was working fine. Then the rubber gasket shredded in a load of laundry and left a small pool of water behind.
When this happened, I went back to Best Buy. They dropped the prices on their Samsung units and I traded for the steam option that now cost the same as my original purchase price. I have had 0 problems with the upgraded model.
I do not recommend this model, at all. Very unfortunate. Best Buy was awesome though and did a lot of free delivery and haul away to make this right. That did not go unnoticed.

Conserve space in your laundry area with this Samsung stacking kit. It lets you stack most Samsung 27-inch front-load washers and dryers for a more efficient use of space. This is a required part to stack your dryer on your washer. Who knew? My old dryer sat on top of the washer and didn't require parts. These do look a bit more secure though, and were installed by Best Buy.
Note: If you are buying a Samsung dryer, check the angle of the front panel. Ours now points up towards the ceiling, making it difficult for those under 5'11 to see which dryer selection is active. The buttons to start the dryer are easy enough to reach.

Required purchase if buying washer/dryer

I am not a fan of compulsory purchases. If you buy a washer from Best Buy and request installation, you must buy new hoses from them. You are required to purchased them even if you have new hoses in bags that have never been opened. The same goes for your dryer vent.
It might not be the same at your local Best Buy, but the add-ons cost another $70 on top of the purchase price.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Steam, Allergen and Sanitary modes are great!

This is a nice front loading washer with several customizable cycles to choose from. Choosing steam with either the allergen or sanitary modes will result in a 2.5 hour run time. Standard runtime with cold is just over an hour.
The 5th star is reserved for the more expensive model that has the door that opens for additional clothes instead of having to open up main door and dripping water onto the floor.
