The Washer is quiet enough and does a great job you will need to have some good foot pads to keep it from moving to much and there is no place for liquid softener to be put in but for the price what can you expect.

Where do you put the Fabric Softener if there is no Dispenser?
You have to get a separate dispenser that goes right in the washer and is reusable they are very inexpensive. Looks like a plastic ball about the size of a baseball.
