Good overall with an asterisk

I was tasked with extra work during my vacation and my laptop charger was at the office in another city. The Geek Squad recommended this product and it allowed me to complete my work on time. The "asterisk" part of my review is to take the extra time to find the right adapter for your computer. There are six adapters and at least two will seem to fit your computer. Only one will charge. The other will just give you the impression your system is charging.

OK, but not great

Overall, not bad. I liked my original (last year's silver-colored model) Zagg better, but it stopped working. This one started off great, but within a week the keyboard would stop working entirely when I hit the backspace/delete key on the iPad. I turned the unit off and on, paired and unpaired - it didn't matter. After I closed all apps and power cycled the iPad, the keyboard started working again. Not a fun experience sending emails!

This product was purchased for an office with thirty computer users. The install team said it was very easy to install - plug & play. It is light weight (relatively speaking) so it will not stress the bolts mounting the rack (it can also be set on the floor if you don't use a rack). The company has a good reputation for building quality products and this product is good.

What's not so great: Back-up time is a little short, but aren't all of them?
