Either Coax cable or HDMI. Go with the HDMI as you get better resolution.

I live on Cape Cod. Would I be able to get any reception with an indoor antenna, basic stations, FOX, abc,nbs?
Yes, you should get FOX, CBS, NBC and ABC if you live within 60 miles of a metro area. They do have a flat HD antenna that picks up more.

Do you need a conveter box
NO need for a converter. It's the same concept when they were analog antennas.Just of your HD TV you just set the auto program setting.

Yes, you can watch Univision and PBS. Telemundo is available too if you're near a metro area.

Speeds vs PNY turbo
Lost my old pny turbo 3.0 and see this on sale. It has plus in the name and a higher normal price but it advertises slower speeds than the pny turbo. Is it slower or no?
I have not noticed being slower. I had to format my flash drive before using it. I was able to transfer lots of MP3s from my laptop. It took me about 10 minutes.
