I had never played a Ratchet game prior to this one. It looked really fun and with a price point of $40, figured I couldn't go wrong. Thankfully, I was right. It's a great call back to platforming games of old and worthy of all of the praise/sales its received.

After playing and beating the first 3 in the series, I was eager to see how it all ends in 4. I'm only a few chapters in, but the presentation and gameplay so far seem to be top notch. Seems to be a fitting conclusion for such a great series.

The foundation of this game is great. The roster is pretty balanced, the mechanics feel great and when fighting online, you are matched for the most part against players of similar experience. The obvious knock comes from the modes that available (or not available) at launch, the minor graphical issues (clipping) and the rage quitting that can occur. There's definitely room for improvement, and I think that will come in time. Hopefully there's still enough players around when those changes take place.

It's pretty easy to set up. Just requires you to call your ISP and get it activated. Works well and as an added benefit, no longer have to pay a rental fee to Comcast. Win-win.

From beginning to end, it's a continuous, enjoyable ride. The cinematography, car chases and stunts are all top notch. This was a great take on a cult classic and despite it being a remake, feels wholly original. Can't wait for a sequel.

Such a groundbreaking film. The film has aged wonderfully and looks great in blu-ray. Still one of the best in the series and such a compliment to Jurassic World as there are several nods to the 1st film in there. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The animation, storytelling and the characters themselves are all top notch. A great film to watch if you have children as it's an interesting take on the emotions that we all have and how being able to express them all are essential to living a balanced life.

I missed this entire series due to not having a PS3 last gen and I'm enjoying it so far. I've only made it through a few chapters of the first game, but Bluepoint has done a great job on this remaster. It's a beautiful game and rivals many of the current gen games in terms of visuals. The characters are likable and I'm enjoying the story thus far. It's at a great price point and a great way to prepare for the upcoming conclusion of the series next year.

Great story, with plenty of depth. The decisions you make throughout the game help make each players play through unique. Be prepared to block out a month...or two to really complete everything, as there's plenty of content to keep you occupied.

I am thoroughly enjoying my play through of The Order. I'm really at a loss as to why this game has been criticized so harshly. Is the game without its flaws? The short answer is no. Are the flaws as bad as they've been made out to be? I would again have to go with no. I've been reading about the perceived lack of value this game has. I for one, value single player experiences and enjoy games with a good story. So for me, this game has lots of value. Some may say that the lack of co op or multiplayer severely hamper it's replay-ability. I agree with that wholeheartedly. My only issue with that is, the developers never once claimed that this game would have either of those things. So the game being knocked for not having it seems ridiculous. There are plenty of games that offer that experience if that's what you're looking for. There should also be a space allowed for games that want to focus on delivering a cinematic single player experience as well. Not quite sure why it seems that they can no longer coexist. I'm almost finished with my 1st play through and can't want to go through it again.
