Great vacuum

This is an excellent vacuum. The only 2 things that I can complain about is that on thick carpets and rugs, the vacuum creates such a suction that you cannot move the vacuum. Also, the hose is very awkward when detached from the vacuum to clean baseboards.

I was very disappointed in the delivery. The delivery arrived late, the driver smelled like he hadn’t seen a shower for a long time, they were not very friendly, they were not gentle when unboxing the new appliance and banged it around ALOT. I was not impressed at all.

The delivery was 2hrs late from the latest time in the window given. The installers did not say hello and were not friendly. The driver had a terrible odor that took a long time to rid from my house once they left. After barely showing me how my stove worked, he asked me to sign a sheet that was not even filled in. I signed it but I was home alone with my child and did not want an argument.
