It operates just like any other of the Crane humidifier series, it's quiet, easy to use and providing you keep it clean every 2 weeks - works a treat. I typically clean it with a vinegar/water solution. Can't go wrong for the price.

Great thermostat, wish it had remote sensor

I have had a great experience with the Nest THermostat, installation was easy, we have hot air oil furnace driven heat and a central air conditioner. So far the nest has managed to keep our house nice and warm easily and has started to adjust the temperature so that I'm not having to fill my oil tank as regularly. I would recommend this thermostat if your getting into a smart home setup but make sure you can claim a rebate from your energy provider to make it a cheaper purchase. Only gripe is I wish nest would bring out a secondary sensor (similar to Eco-Bee, whereby you can monitor temperature in another part of the house even if it is all on the same zone).
