Great Movie for a tough subject

I found this movie to be great for kids in that it deals with the loss of a loved one. The movie is about the old mans journey of dealing with that loss and for me, living life beyond it.
Kids may not understand that part fully but I grew up on movies that dealt with subjects parents today think are "too much" for kids to deal with when for me its that the adult struggles to explain it or properly address it.
Death is part of life, even for a child this is a fact.
