I am a big Garmin fan as I own the 735. I needed to find a relatively inexpensive GPS enabled watch that would fit my very skinny 12 year old son's wrist. This is the only one we found that look "cool enough" that he loves to wear it to track his steps and as always it is packed with features to help him become a better track runner. Garmin interface rocks, the quality of their product is pretty solid and this is no exception. He loves it and so do I.

Are the GPS and Heart Rate Monitor features accurate?
absolutely, as far as wrist HR monitors are concerned. I would recommend you look up DC Rainmaker's blog (address is his name). He does a deep dive into every reputable GPS enable watch including the 35. All wrist monitors are going to be a hair less accurate than chest straps - but the 35 has the same HR monitor as my 735 and I ran with that in a half just this past month and it was very accurate.

Does the watch connext to the Iphones?
With a Noise Cancelling design, these Sony MDRZX110NC/B over-the-ear headphones prevent unwanted outside noises from interfering with your listening experience. The Supra-Aural technology and 30mm drivers provide dynamic, clear tones.
Can they handle moisture (sweat from exercising) ?
I would not recommend working out in them in the first place but they are not rated for any sweat or waterproofing
