Great Sound Controls Tricky

Sound is really good and setup is a snap (literally) be aware that the volume controls are a little tricky as there is an overall volume control on the one side and on the other game and chat volumes. It takes a little bit to get use to adjusting them to the right volumes and is easy to boost the wrong one.

Bought this to replace my Vonage monthly costs and factored in it would pay for itself in 4 months. Did a fair amount of research and overall it got great reviews. Installation was easy and was up and running in 10 minutes. Interface is great it's easy to use and works well on mobile devices. The hidden cost comes in if you want to keep your number. They charge $40 to port and that was not something advertised until I tried to do it. Its a great product but be aware that if you need to port and are looking for ROI add another couple of months to your calculations

Great Cloud Scale Decent App

Like the simplicity of the scale and sleek design. It does an excellent job of recognizing the users. Tracking and goal features are good. I have had a couple of issues with weather being inaccurate but no big deal. Setup instructions are a little ambiguous has the Apple model of 'it's so simple it's intuitive' but it is not. Has to connect to the internet before you connect your phone. I ended up setting up an account on a laptop first and then connected the scale which I could then find it via bluetooth on the phone. The phone app is good but fairly basic. Granted there is only so much you can do with weight measurements. I would like to have the ability to set parameters/graph types on the dashboards.

The configurations on this unit are simple and it works very well for maintaining power on cable boxes, routers, switches, stereo equipment. I get about an hour of backup on it with those units. Don't plug in a TV though it will drain in seconds.

Cool concept, very easy to setup and does what it claims. Product feel and packaging appears as quality. It is a niche product that is irrelevant if you have a newer Smart TV. Since they blocked the ability to stream your own content out of the box that makes it less appealing. If you have a smart TV you don't need this product. If you don't have a smart TV but have an HDMI port then you will find value with this product.

Protection Plans
Can i get a Protection Plan with these?
BestBuy sells protection plans with all of their electronics. Personal opinion is it's not worth it. Had a lot of these units and the only thing that goes bad is the battery which can be replaced.
