Doesn't last long

The Polar H7 doesn't last very long for the price. After 3 months it became very erratic so I changed the battery had the same problem. I purchased another one. Hope this one last longer. The elastic band stretches out very fast. In my opinion heart rate monitor should not cost over 50 dollars.

Will this work with the Polar A300?
Yes, the Polar H7 works with the A300. That's the bundle I use.
