So far this coffee maker has worked splendidly. This is the 3rd one we've went through this year and I have high hopes for this one. This is the only one from best buy. But just in case it does die on us, we go through a lot of coffee, we bought the replacement plan for only $9. And for 2 years! That is a good deal to me. Recommend best buy to everyone. And if you can get a best buy credit card, do, it's worth it.
