Although my buy was an open box, it has been great thus far. Only issue was the camera face recognition log in. Although this isn't a necessity, I paid for it so I would like it to work. It was simply a Microsoft update mess up and they fixed it with the next update. Awesome for school. Would love to have the newer model.

These were easy to set up and connect. They are fairly quiet compared to what I was expecting. You can notice them every now and then, when you finally do it catches you off guard. If I wouldn't have gotten such a great deal on them I would have returned them. I wouldn't recommend them unless you are able to mount them really close to your seating area.

This watch was for my wife and she really enjoys it. Although if she was more active I could see it having more use. I believe she finds it the most useful when at her desk at work and isn't able to use her phone but can still see if something is important in case the need arises. Seems to be comfortable and the right size for a petite lady such as her. I don't see the need in spending this much on a watch of this sort unless you plan to use all the features.
