Not as Good as Older Models

This Roku does fine with it's overall job. The only problem I have is that it does not receive the signal from the remote as well as the Roku 3 does. I have a 3 and now this one. With the 3 I can point the remote anywhere and it still receives the signal. However, with this model I have to make sure the receiver is not hidden and has a clear signal path.

We had Geek Squad come to install the mount with a 55" curved tv. It is hung way too high. I know it can be moved left to right, but can I adjust it to sit lower or does the mount need to be installed lower?
Well it depends on how much lower you need the TV. If it's just a few inches you could possibly take the TV off the mount and move the mounts/bars on the back of the TV to sit the TV lower on the wall mount. If the TV needs to be a foot or more lower, you will need to re-install the whole mount, at the height you would like. Hope this helps.
