Installs was terrible they company used refunded to hook up out washer and dryer saying the hose connection was slightly rusted and the dryer had a plastic extension hose, had both put in by my handy man with no problem been a month and they work great

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

The installer refused to hook up the dryer as they said the plastic exhaust was a fire hazard, I've had that plastic there for the previous dryer many years and no issues, my contractor hooked it up for and it works just fine.

The installers said my hose connection was a little rusty and would not connect, I had a guy doing some tile work and he hooked it up just fine, a month later and no issues with the hose connection.

I have this washer now for a month and just love it, the variety of cycles is great, and the highest spin is almost to high, we don't even use it. I can get so much in here just amazing. The only issue was the installing, the people best buy uses refused to hook up, they said the hose connection was a little rusted, but my guy hooked it up just fine, works great.
