We updated our 14-year-old set with this awesome piece of machinery. At 1st it seems a little overwhelming because of all the options and lights. Don't worry about that. Read the direction book and everything makes sense. I've only had my set for 3 days but I've used it quite a bit so far.
When selecting the different options they have seemed to work. I selected towels and they came out fresh and dry. I also used wrinkle free option on a dress shirt I wore over the weekend. It got all the wrinkles out of my shirt after a 20 minute cycle.
Make sure you read the directions. This is the 1st dryer I've ever seen that you have to hook a cold water hose too. The steam feature works great though.

Didn't know what I was missing

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer after having our old set for 14 years. I've honestly washed more clothes in the past 3 days than I have in months. It really cleans and makes my clothes smell fresh. There are a lot of options but everything makes sense when selecting the cycle.
I actually grabbed towels from the linen closet and threw them in without soap. It was funny to see that I started getting soap bubbles during the cycle. My old washer wasn't getting them clean I guess.
Big note: Read the directions. The 1st cycle I ran didn't remove the shipping bolts. The washer almost fell off the table.
