Poor sound/Great Best Buy customer service

Purchased these head phones from BestBuy.com as a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter. She complained of a ""sizzling" sound in each ear. We exchanged them with no problem at our local Best Buy store. I don't think the sound they produce is much better than a good set of earbuds, but my daughter loves the new pair.
