Chances are, you're some kind of student. You will likely be asked to graph something or put something into a matrix, or do something normal calculators don't do. You're just about to buy this one maybe because it was recommended for a class or you want to save a few $$$'S because the 89 is more expensive. But at the end of the day this calculator old! Your cellphone do a better job plotting basic graphs. You're better off getting That Casio calculator with the better LCD screen and plots the don't look like something from Minecraft. Yes you might spend a few bucks more but you'll thank me on that test when you're asked to plot something and your Casio or Ti-89 plots graphs in seconds. This 84 takes forever and a day. And if the graph is not what you wanted you will spend even more time just trying to get something that should have not taken more than 5 seconds. Overall this calculator is Slow, had bad graphics, and can't even outperform your typical iPhone calculator app.
