Installer broke or installed a broken hose, flooded the room, then installed a rubber hose, and they were connected backwards (hot on cold). Never was contacted by best buy and got cut off all 7 time I called them. Terrible service!!!!!!

The installer did not connect the pipe to the machine or the outside exhaust. Then I dented the top of the dryer going across it to connect the pipe that was installed incorrectly. Called best buy 7 time and got cut off all seven times.,

No problem with the machine, the installation was terrible. Exhaust wasn't connected to the outside pipe, this caused the room to steam up and the floor was wet. I had to repair myself, and dented the top going over to reconnect the pipe that was loose.
