Will this work for the Samsung 75" TV?

yes, it should work with your 75" Samsung as it's designed to support different mounting patterns. This is a FIXED location wall mount, so remember that once tv is mounted you will not be able to tilt, angle, turn, etc. Great product and design for intended purpose.
