I already had Google Home in my family room so the mini went into our bedroom. It's such a useful tool in so many ways. We set the alarm to get up in the morning. It plays music that we request, answers out questions (most of the time) and since we have 2 now, acts like an intercom when we want to communicate from the other device. We're in process of learning more about what this device can do and adding lights and other devices to make our home "smarter".

I'm still exploring everything Alexa can do. She has quite a personality. It was a little difficult to connect the Echo Dot to my wifi for some reason but now it works fine. So far we've enjoyed music (smoothly connected to the bluetooth speaker), alarms, recipes (she's in the kitchen) and am now gearing up to connect other smart devices and to explore other uses for this cool device...

It's always a good idea to have an extra storage device for when the need arises. At $7.99 this one was a great value considering the positive experience I've had from previous purchases of Sandisk. I have to add that the employee who helped me with my purchase went out of his way to find me one since there weren't any more on the rack. This microwave works well but I do not like the control panel. It isn't intuitive at all and operations when you just want to cook something for a short period of time (under a minute) are not easy to do. My last microwaves allowed you to simply put how many seconds you want something to cook and it counted down from there. This one starts running for a full minute with you hit the number 1, 2 minutes when you hit #2. I've had to tell my husband to just watch and subtract the number of seconds you want it from 60 and stop it manually. Need to fix how the controls work. I'm very technical and find it confusing.
