Nice full sound

I bought this as a replacement for the exact same speaker system. My previous system received water damage and I could no longer get it to produce sound. Thought it might have been the fuse, but after replacing it, it still did not work. The control knob on the old system developed some static and was not as responsive as when I first got it. I reviewed several systems when looking for a replacement, but found this system to still receive high marks especially in the price range I was looking. It listed a little higher than I wanted to spend, but found it on-sale, on-line and decided to try it again. I liked the BOSE systems in the store, but this system was close and no where near the price I would have to pay for equal BOSE coverage. My first concern about the KLIPSCH system, out of the box, was that there was not an ON/OFF switch on the sub-woofer like there was on my first set, then I noticed there was no external access to a fuse. I'm not sure that there is even a fuse inside the sub-woofer of this new system, but I don't want to open it up to find out. The configuration of the satellite speakers was a little different as well, finding that both satellites connect to the sub-woofer separately. My original system had one satellite connecting to the other then a pair of speaker wires going from one of the satellites to the sub-woofer. This allowed for the satellites to be spaced a little farther apart for better separation and/or to allow for the satellites to be places on shelves that are farther apart. My concern was that this new system, might be a "knock-off" with KLIPSCH logos on them, but I'm not wanting to take the time to research it at this point and with the reduce price, I'm okay with what I received. The sound quality is very good and produces a full, deep sound in the small office space I have and satisfies my grandson's wants when "gaming".
