A pain but they get the job done

Once the controllers are plugged in, it works just fine. However, the connection is like the small USB plug but instead of a cord on the charger you plug it directly into the bas. It takes the dexterity of a brain surgeon to get them to plug in correctly, and it's even trickier using two at once as they almost get in each other's way. I'm guessing some day I might get the hang of it, but it's not nearly as simple as it should be

It's all about the watch band

In theory the reason to upgrade from the Charge to HR is the heart monitor stuff...who cares to be honest. The real reason to upgrade is the real locking watchband so the terrible plug type band on all the other fitbits is no longer an issue. This one doesn't fall off, so it's worth the upgrage.
