The design looks great. The monitoring seems to be solid. The issue however is the design of the clasp. I loved having a heart rate tracker, but I had to catch it 3 times and before I lost it, I returned the UP 3.

can chromecast allow a computer page which runs another movie website that is not built in to chromecast?
i want my "TCM to go" which runs on my PC to be selectable when chromecast is selected on my TV is this possible.
If you have the chrome browser with the chrome extension installed you can make this happen.

Can I connect this to a desktop computer as monitor or from laptop as extended monitor so I can wwatch on bigger screen?
As long as you have the right video output connections on your computer it will work fine. Most new PCs have HDMI and that will work great. If you are using a mac, you will need to get an adapter.
