Issues after a month

Bought these in June and about a month later the sound would stop about 5 min into my run. Also the volume button stopped working on it. So now I'm about to be on vacation for 2 weeks with no head phones because I had to send them in to get fixed/replaced. The sound and feel/fit is good, just too bad the quality of the build isn't there.
