They charged for this cord when I bought my dryer. I guess dryers don't come with a power cord? I guess I would have to recommend if you want your dryer to have power

Looks Complicated

I watched as this product was installed to the dryer. The time and effort it took to assemble made me wonder if it was worth it. It seems like they could have used the existing one but they prices it together and at the end it seems to have went the exact same direction? If needs I would recommend but may be possible to use existing vent line

Glad it came with a manual

I purchased the washer and matching dryer together. This washer has so many options and wash cycles. It is very quiet while running through its cycles, so much so, that I had to go see if it was on a couple of times. The Best Buy personnel who delivered it were very knowledgable and showed me many of the things it could do I am just happy that this machine came with a manual. There are so many options and settings for this machine that they would need a whole day to show me. I love that there is no agitator in the middle taking up half of the room inside. Not for a short person. I have to use a stool to reach to the bottom of the drum to get all the clothes out but that is a minor inconvenience for the large drum space. The wash table at the top serves its purpose very well

Did not work

I purchased the Samsung dryer and had it delivered. My old dryer worked fine but I wanted a match to my washer. The dryer was delivered and installed and when it was powered up the drum would not turn. The installers from Best Buy them removed the dryer and went to do another install and stated they would bring me the display model from the store until they could get a new one in, possibly a week later. They returned a couple of hours later with an LG dryer. I could have kept my old one which worked just fine until the new on e was delivered. I now have to sit at home on another day and wait for a new dryer. I understand that Best Buy did not make the dryer and this is in no way a jab at them. I would have expected more from a Samsung product. It costs more than other dryers and I would expect the quality to be there but I guess not this time
