will this work with windows 10 ?
Yes, just disconnect before you install Windows 10, then reconnect after the install is complete then reboot, the drive will show up with no problems.

retina display versus google nexus is there a big difference in reading clarity?
I have not seen the Nexus so I really couldn't compare them but the retina display from my ipad air is excellent and everything is very easy to read and pleasing on the eyes.
