Hooked this up to my att modem. This works better than the att modem/ router. Att has spotty freezing and outages. Since I hooked the modem and use the modem instead off att modem, it's the best. No outages or freezing.

Goodmirning, I purchased this case in late June and only use it on occasion but a week ago the top layer of the case split on the corner now it won't connect tightly. Could I get a replacement front piece?
Yes, the product has a 1 year warranty. Take it back with the receipt, and they will give you a new one. I have used the defender for about 10 years because of the warranty. Outer box actually has a lifetime warranty on the product.
