Basic hoses again required

Even if you have 3 month old hoses, BB requires that they be changed with a new purchase when the equipment is installed. A waste of money for the typical consumer as these are nothing more than average quality and have a limited service life as well.

Typical appliance power cords. Since it is a requirement for all new BB appliances to have a new cord, the appliance sales personnel will automatically include the charge on your invoice. The unfortunate piece is the installers are not 'allowed' to change the orientation of the outlets, so the cord now points straight up from the outlet.
